Store Recipe Book called 'With Warmest Regards'. A wonderful recipe to

does
anyone have a good recipe for a wild rice stuffing/pilaf with
cranberries and nuts (pecans, almonds or pine)? i found one at
epicurious and whole foods but i'd like to give yours a try!
thanks!
This is a great accompaniment to poultry dishes, such as roast
duck with caramelized shallots or Cornish hen with braised cabbage and
apple. You could add dried cranberries or apricots instead of the
cherries, and almonds or pine nuts
