I decided to try out the VWaV chocolate chip cookies. As Isa says in
the recipe intro, 'there's nothing healthy about these' cookies, but
wowza! are they ever delicious. They remind me a lot of the Trader
Joe's vegan chocolate chip
All the guys enjoyed them; in fact, one
asked me to give this recipe along with my chocolate chip cookie
recipe to his girlfriend. They came out with a nice 'crisp', ie not
mushy or sticky, top and tender inside. I'd recommend them.

These
cookies were best right out of the oven, when the melted chocolate was
hot enough to burn my tongue. It's a good recipe. My cooled cookies
were very crunchy, so err on the short end of the baking time if you'd
like them chewier.
Ugh, so this is another swiped but veganized
recipe. At first I thought I somehow messed up, but I'm pretty sure
they are just supposed to be super thin and chewy and AMAZING. I did,
however, make them the size of sand dollars.

Last year I made Chocolate chip
cookies with peppermint bark and they turned out really great mounded
in nice round scoops -- this year same recipe made flat cookies. They

the size of your index finger, but mine came out way too big the first
