cream filling recipe

With a serrated grapefruit spoon, remove some of the pulp where the
pits were, to make room for filling. Save the pulp. In a small bowl,
mix the macaroon crumbs with the almonds, two tablespoons of sugar and
1/3 cup reserved peach pulp.
Great filling for Cream Puffs or
Cakes.
I am looking for a recipe for a cookie, they are a kind of
small tartelette filled with chocolate cream filling and covered with
chocolate and a hazelnut. My mom used to make these, she is now passed
away and never had a recipe book did
The cookies themselves are very
delicate and tender and the butter cream filling has a very lemony
taste. All that goes together very well and I am even thinking of
using that same butter cream frosting for cupcake decoration one day.

I found a pastry recipe that looked simple and yielded a large haul
of puffs. However, instead of a traditional custard cream — there
wasn't enough time to let it set — I went with a whipped cream filling
and a chocolate glaze.
