the grocery store in the asian section. I think the brand is Mochiko
or something, and it is in a white box with blue labeling.
I'll post a
simple gluten-free recipe to get you started with Celeriac in the
future - a recipe I really like that is also super easy to prepare;
which, is just plain old baked Celeriac like I pictured here.
Basically we just chop up
with me while Steve flew to Nashville for
a few days on film business (he missed the first Nashville trip
because a certain individual had a run-in with a speaker wire). We had
